Water

I am trying super hard to stay hydrated -- 100-150 oz of water a day.  Which means I am making 5 times as many trips to the bathroom... but it will be worth it if staying hydrated helps my body lose the unneeded weight.

I've been working on that, too, Vicki. LOL! It seems like all I ever do is pee. Glad I'm not the only one.

I swear I've slowed down on the peeing thing... but it's funny how it really takes a few days before you don't feel like a pregnant lady again!

hydrations is also key for a lot of other things... even things like eyesight! dehydrations causes blurred vision. So, that's an awesome goal and way to go! I agree with Kari, you will slow down on the peeing. Good luck!
