I am trying super hard to stay hydrated -- 100-150 oz of water a day. Which means I am making 5 times as many trips to the bathroom... but it will be worth it if staying hydrated helps my body lose the unneeded weight.
hydrations is also key for a lot of other things... even things like eyesight! dehydrations causes blurred vision. So, that's an awesome goal and way to go! I agree with Kari, you will slow down on the peeing. Good luck!
I'm a stay at home mom who likes to do puzzle design, illustration and portraits on the side (oh and I attempt to do photography as well). If I could, I would have a wood shop and make log furniture too... If I am creating something I am happy.

I've been working on that, too, Vicki. LOL! It seems like all I ever do is pee. Glad I'm not the only one.
I swear I've slowed down on the peeing thing... but it's funny how it really takes a few days before you don't feel like a pregnant lady again!
